Abby Hartmann is the Founder of The Hartmann Center and a certified, licensed School Psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting students and families. She earned her Master of Science in School Psychology in 2014 and a Specialist Degree in 2016 from Capella University.
Abby specializes in psychoeducational assessments, individualized education plans, and interventions that address executive functioning, emotional regulation, and academic success. Her holistic approach considers each student’s cognitive, emotional, and social development, ensuring personalized and effective support.
A passionate advocate for equitable education, Abby founded The Hartmann Center to empower students and families through tailored, evidence-based services. Abby McCarthy is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with expertise in supporting students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral growth. She earned her Master of Science and Educational Specialist degrees from the University of Central Florida in 2019, where she specialized in psychological assessment, intervention strategies, and collaborative support for students.
With experience in diverse educational settings, Abby excels in psychoeducational assessments, individualized education planning, and evidence-based behavioral interventions. Her dual qualifications enable her to address a wide range of student needs, from managing behavioral challenges to fostering emotional resilience and academic success.

Kindra Abner is a highly accomplished educator with a passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs. As a certified Exceptional Student Education (ESE) teacher, she has dedicated her career to helping students overcome challenges and achieve their fullest potential.
In 2013, Kindra earned her Ph.D. in Special Education Leadership from Capella University, where she developed advanced expertise in designing and implementing effective educational strategies for students with exceptionalities. Her doctoral studies focused on innovative approaches to special education, including inclusive classroom practices, individualized education planning, and leadership in educational policy and administration.
With years of hands-on experience, Kindra has worked in a variety of educational settings, collaborating with families, schools, and community organizations to create supportive learning environments. She is known for her ability to build strong connections with students and tailor her teaching methods to meet each individual’s unique needs. Her commitment to fostering equity and inclusion has made her a trusted advocate for exceptional learners and a leader in her field.
Stacey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University and an Education Specialist degree in School Psychology from the University of Central Florida. As a certified and licensed school psychologist, she has been serving local school districts with unwavering dedication and expertise since 2000. Over the years, she has earned a reputation for her compassionate approach, working tirelessly to support the academic, emotional, and social development of students.
Stacey’s life outside of her professional work is equally fulfilling. She shares a strong partnership with her husband, Zack, a high school teacher and basketball coach, and together they raise their two sons, Connor and Ethan. Their family values quality time, whether it’s cheering on a basketball game, exploring new destinations, or enjoying quiet evenings at home.
In her leisure time, Stacey indulges her love of travel, reading, and making lasting memories with friends and family. Her commitment to helping others extends into the community, where she has been an active volunteer with the Adult Literacy League for the past two years, tutoring adults to help them improve their literacy skills and achieve personal milestones.
